CPK Launches a new menu!

CPK continues to surprise guests with its authentic Californian atmosphere and innovative menu, inspired by the Pacific Rim. 

While classic favourites remain on the menu, the new additions feature rich and diverse flavours, offering even more delicious options inspired by the cosmopolitan mix of people living in California.

Highlights from the new menu include specialty dishes like baked halibut coated in blackening spice, served with roasted garlic red potatoes, grilled asparagus and a homemade lemon and dill cream, and the classic Chicken Parmigiana – a lightly breaded and sautéed chicken breast drizzled with homemade mozzarella and Parmigiana marinara sauce, served with broccoli and a side of mashed potatoes or marinara fettuccine.

But let’s start from the beginning: the Trio Dippers make the perfect entry to a casual dinner with friends and family. The platter comes with three delicious dips, Spinach Artichoke, California Smashed Hummus and Cheesy Queso and is served with oven baked pita bread and corn tortilla chips.

Using only the freshest ingredients, California Pizza Kitchen is a casual eatery, which has something to offer for every taste bud. For those in search of healthier options, the newly launched Buffalo Mozzarella Salad is a must try - thick sliced fresh mozzarella is served on a bed of arugula, basil and cherry tomatoes, all drizzled with pomegranate molasses.

The Californian vibes are palpable in every aspect this menu. The Buffalo Chicken Pizza is a favourite, topped with grilled chicken marinated in spicy buffalo sauce, fresh mozzarella, carrots and celery and served with a side of Gorgonzola ranch dressing. 

In addition to the CPK Classic Wagyu Cheeseburger, the new menu features a Fried Chicken Burger that comes with one of the new sides; golden skin on fries, which will remind guests of sunny days by the beach.

Speaking of sides, garlic lovers should listen up as Garlic Cheese Bread and Roasted Garlic Red Potatoes are now on the menu.

The cherry on top for those with a sweet tooth will be the newest selection of desserts. The Sweet Jars now bring variety onto the plate with three exquisite tasting desserts to share: a dark chocolate mousse, strawberry cheesecake and caramel & salted pecan crème.
